CLASS POLICIES:

You should call or come by the shop to sign for any of the classes, unless it is an on-going class such as Banner Club. Class size is limited. You usually need a supply sheet for what you need to bring for the class. Every student brings their own machine, rulers, rotary cutters, etc. or any tool or fabric, book or pattern needed for that particular class. Please have your name on all of your supplies. It is not required, but greatly appreciated, for your supplies to be purchased from Seventh Heaven. You should have full knowledge of how to use your machine if one is needed for your class. Usually classes need at least 4 people for the class to make. Refunds will be given if the class is cancelled by the shop for any reason. You may cancel and receive a refund 2 days prior to class. IN CASE OF SEVERE WEATHER, CALL THE SHOP. WE DO NOT RISK OUR LIFE FOR A QUILT CLASS! IF AT ALL POSSIBLE GIVE US YOUR WORK OR CELL NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN BE REACHED DURING THE DAY. We want you to enjoy your class and will make every effort to ensure this happens, therefore, we ask that you take cell phone calls out of the classroom so as not to disturb the other people.


*ALAMO HERITAGE QUILT GUILD*	Mondays	Board Meeting 1st Monday each month, 6:00 pm.
*ASK THE TEACHER*	Most Wednesday Evenings 6:00 - 9:00 pm	Wednesday evenings with Judy Bobbit to help with you on most anything. Or just come to sew with friends and have fun. $15, 6:00-9:00 most Wednesdays.
CREATIVE EXPRESSIONS Felting	Saturday, September 20 9:30 - 4:00	AM session FELTING- learn to create a felted purse with hand felting needles and/or a felting machine. Add skrim, yarns & beads to make a one of a kind bag. Great for gifts too.
CREATIVE EXPRESSIONS 1st 3-D Appliqué 2nd Tyvek & Angelina	Fourth Saturday August 23 9:30-12:30 OR 1:00 - 4:00	3-D Appliqué, 9:30 - 12:30 Incorporate dimension & sculpture into your appliqués by using raised & shaped forms. $20. Tyvek & Angelina - 1:00-4:00 Experiment with two unusual fibers that give amazing results & further add to the creative process. $20 each session or both for $35.
*BOOK CLUB*	2nd Thursdays 10:00, 1:00, or 5:30 2nd Saturdays 10:00 or 1:00	New Book Club begins in October! Sign up by August 15th. See Book Club for more information.
*CHRISTMAS CLUB - CELEBRATE THE SEASONS*	2nd Mondays Morning Session: 10:00 - 1:00 Evening Session: 6:00 - 9:00	Block of the month pattern from Lori Smith. Wonderful folk art quilt the display all year. $50 for 12 classes, $15 month for kit +$10 for the complete pattern. Limited space.
*FIRST FRIDAY*	10:00 - 3:00 or 6:00 - 9:00	Come sew with us. Bring your project, binding a quilt, making blocks, etc. come do it with friends. Daytime session begins around 10 am till about 3 pm with time out for lunch at EZ's. Evening gals gather around 6 till 9pm. We usually order to go for dinner. Bring something to work on and enjoy other quilters for a few hours, no teaching, just talking and having fun together while getting something done on your project. No charge.
*GINGERBREAD JOY BOM*	4th Tuesday of each month Morning Session: 10:00 - 1:00 Evening Session: 6:00 - 9:00	Gingerbread Joy block of the month. Wonderful appliqué and pieced gingerbread guy and gals with other appliqué blocks and lovely pieced large and small blocks. Beautiful reds and greens look so crisp on the various white backgrounds. Button kits will be available for those who do not care to appliqué many little circles! Extra fabric will be supplied for those who do. Jacque Wright, our expert machine appliquér, will be helping you on this. Quilt is of course appropriate for hand appliqué if desired. $50 for 12 sessions. Kit $18/month.

*TUTOR TIME*	Thursdays, August 7 & 21, Sept. 4 & 18 5:00-8:00	$15. Bring a project you are having trouble with or want help getting started or getting finished! Katie will help you, or just come and have a sewing time with other quilters and enjoy.
